MIT Nepal
A national-level graphic design competition, Pixel Rumble, organized for students awaiting their Grade 12 examination results, has been successfully completed.
The competition was presented by Model Institute of Technology, organized by MIT Creative Cloud and MIT Student Quality Circle in collaboration with Idea Studio Nepal.
Held under the slogan “Pixel Rumble – Where Creativity Fights,” the competition provided a platform for young designers from across the country to showcase their creativity, innovation, and design skills.
According to the organizers, the event aimed to connect students interested in graphic design with professional opportunities in the creative industry.
Key highlights of the competition included free registration, a three-stage elimination process, a total prize pool of NPR 100,000, gift hampers for the top ten finalists, and placement opportunities for the winners.
Following intense competition, Surya Bahadur Thakuri was declared the winner.
Similarly, Hamesh Rajbanshi secured the position of first runner-up, while Progesh Regmi was named second runner-up. The organizers stated that the talent, hard work, and dedication of all participants contributed significantly to the success of the event.

The top ten finalists also demonstrated outstanding graphic design abilities, making the competition highly competitive and exciting.
Jointly organized by MIT Creative Cloud, MIT Student Quality Circle, and Idea Studio Nepal, the event has further strengthened the potential of Nepal’s digital creative industry.
The organizers have announced plans to expand Pixel Rumble into a larger and more internationally recognized competition in the coming years.
The placement partners for the event included Global Diary, Cmarga, Aayurti Creatives, and Nakshatra Advertising, all of which have committed to providing professional opportunities to the winner and other outstanding participants.
According to the organizers, Pixel Rumble not only served as a platform for young designers to showcase their creativity but also offered valuable opportunities for future career development.
